Very Nice movie. Kind of long, but worth watching. if you like "Corporation", "Walmart:High Cost for Low Price" and other documentaries this type, this is your movie. It shows how U.S. condacts business in Middle East particulary. Talks about Corporate Social Responisibility and how suicide bombers and how they are being recruited. Watch and you will learn much about North American ethical standarts.

Reflective and intelligent. The complexity of domino effect revolving the global oil industry, this film is both ambitious and daring dealing with the power plays of local and foreign politics, cultures, survival, governments, and corporations. It`s not an easy film to watch I must admit. Definitely not for entertainment only.

This movie is long, convoluted and a little confusing.

Horribly bad, I can`t believe I ever went to see this film, it just shows how stupid people can get, this is a anti-American,anti-Isreali, pro-suicide bomber film it just make me want to spit in suicide bombers faces, I urge you not to see this awful film.

Great Movie! Probably not a movie for those who just want to sit and watch pointless story lines. You will have to think about what this movie is trying to say if you are going to enjoy it.

Very well shoes the current situation in regards to international goverment-corporate relations, especially in the Middle East

It was very cerebral...not to appealing to the general audience with short attention span. I agree with most reviews that it was hard to follow but a very ambitious subject worth putting on film. A subject that really concerns us all. Not equally as great as the critically acclaimed `traffic` but would have better if a little less complicated.

I thought that the movie was good. It isn`t a usual Hollywood flick where actors and cars do backflips while airplanes explode. Probably not many people will like this movie because of its nature, but to me this movie is very interesting. Not much action, but good storyline. 4/5

I would have liked to see a lead actress in the movie. Too many men in that oppressive or anti-female Arab country.

it is hard to understand the movie because it`s one of those films which make you think to actually picture the plot, and has a disturbing torture scene

The entire movie was slow and didnt meet any of my expectations. Way too long for something so dull.

`Syriana" is more of documentary on the US - Middle East crude oil relations. Recommended for a mature audience of ages 18+ due to the intellectual challenging terminology and complex dialogue. Difficult to follow dialogue if focus is diverted from the movie for a minute interval of time. Movie resides more on conversing rather than action-packed scenes, thus in turn maybe tedious for some audiences.

This is a great movie which shows people in middle-east are not dumb, just powerless in claws of a nasty game.

The film was good, scary to see what people and governments will do to gain supremecy in the world of oil. I wish that there was a more coherent story line though...
