In my life in the mountains I had lost many friends in climbing and skiing accident an yet was part of a social group that continued to climb and take risks. I wanted to take an in-depth look at what motivates climbers to climb and why they continue to do so when the risks are so self-evident. Best Direction, Mammoth Mountain Film Festival.
