Fearsville is a small quiet Kentucky town until a mental patient escapes from the local insane asylum. Soon Piper and her friends have much more to worry about then the rivaling mean girls and their ringleader Madison. The body count starts to add up and the girls have to fight to stay alive. Much blood will be shed in this sleepy little town.
