Way too LOUD!

Way too LOUD! We could hear the rumble of the movie next door! Had to leave early someone came in with perfume so heavy we began to cough and sneeze 😞

Very Loud and Terrible Service

Volume was insanely loud. Tickets were easy to buy on Fandango. I purchased 10 tickets to Wonder Woman 1984. Service was very slow. Like, 30 minutes to get a refill or pretzel bites. I was brought the wrong beer twice. They took one off. My brother was sitting on the opposite end of the aisle so I assumed he ordered the other beer but when I asked after the movie, he said no. I spent around $200 including the tickets. I will never go back. I don't know if they need to hire more people or what. But for that much money, it was unacceptable.

Not happy...

We used to be fans of SMG. Not anymore. Went last Wednesday, tried to order food, they were out of what we wanted. Again. That seems to happen half the time. The food has always been average, as was the service but now if we want it, we can't have it. They frequently run a house wine promo. Five times in a row they advertised the promo on their site and had no qualifying wine (no substitutions per management). The first three times we upgraded to much more expensive chardonnay. They fourth time we ordered water and complained. The last time we requested that the manager refund all our money and went to Bernard's and had a nice dinner instead. The manager told us corporate runs the promo and doesn't send them wine. I told him that I wouldn't be back. I used to tip 20+ percent but since they went to a mandatory upcharge for the tip, I've come to feel ripped off.

Horrible Customer service/Managers and mediocre food that's barely warm.

Just horrible, used to be a great place when it first opened. We typically go to Grand Slam but today was a change and it came with regrets. Missed part of the movie dealing with an employee and then the manager was rude and a smart arse. Never again... go to Grand Slam in stead, they don't serve barely warm food and talk to you about your bill while the movie is still playing (especially at an important part).
