It’s a movie theater

They keep it clean very well and most of the employees are very nice and they have an arcade you can play in while you are waiting for your movies showtime

Terrible experience!

My elderly mother and my daughter went to see a movie today and received the worst service ever! After purchasing their tickets and getting ready to enter the movie an employee, not a security officer, asked to look in my mother's change purse which is large enough to hold a little change and a debit card. We have never had to have our wallets searched and it is not posted anywhere on site about having to be searched. They, including the manager, were horribly rude to my mother and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. Not wanting them to go through her change purse, she asked for a refund. The manager refused to give her a refund and refused to let her in the theater. So, my elderly mother and 8 year old daughter had to leave the theater without seeing a movie and without a refund. When asked where this policy is posted in the business, they said that it is not posted anywhere. The manager proceeded to take about ten minutes in the office trying to print off a piece of paper with a policy about bag searches. The paper was still warm from being printed when given to my mother. Just so happened, this is the first time they did not purchase anything from the concession stand, and the only time they have ever had to be searched. I don't know what they thought could fit in a 60+ lady's change purse!! When my mother told me what happened I went on the theater's website and again could not find anything about a policy on searching personal property. I am horribly disappointed to write this review because I live in Cabot and I always want to support our local business. However, after the way the employees and manager treated my mother and daughter today, I will never refer anyone to this business again.

Don’t waste your time.

$5.99 tickets advertised. Paid $85 for four tickets, two drinks, and a large bucket of popcorn. Asked about the ticket prices, James doesn't really know how to form a sentence this point as to why the movies aren't discounted, but then refused us a refund when we realized the prices. Once I called the "customer service" number which was apparently Laird's personal landline, I was met with "hello" followed by "Yep. Some movies aren't discounted." And was also refused a refund by him because asking where I could find a list of $5.99 showings was "argumentative". James said it was a discontinued promo, assuring us he would have them remove it, and Laird said it was only certain showings. We left, but not before being "BANNED FOR LIFEEE" by James.
