Food was horrible!

I know that we don't go to the movies and expect to have a gourmet meal, but this was really really bad food. We had hot dogs and the bread was hard as a rock, the popcorn was greasy, and the pretzels were the worse! This food is expensive, we paid for 2 hotdogs, 1 order of pretzels, 1 medium popcorn and a small coke almost $30! The screen is wrinkled at the bottom and they had to start the movie twice because the first time was the 2D or 3D that you need the eyeglasses. The women's bathroom was FILTHY! It's not cheap to go to the movies nowadays, so the least you expect is to have a pleasant experience.

Had the worst movie experience here for avengers endgame barely any sound and when asked to turn up sound they said can't turn up sound it will blow speakers seats were terrible screen didn't look clean and started the movie late and had to rewind it ... never coming to this theater again waste of money

Unfair Treatment and Poor Customer Service

I was with a group of friends, and all of us were over the R age limit. They questioned us and one of didn’t have our ID. Alright, fair policy. So we’re getting our refunds and when they get to me, they chose to give it to me over debit. They could’ve given it to me through cash, but now I have to wait 3-5 business to get my money back. I asked if they could cancel the transaction and they didn’t cooperate with me and I had to leave. They brought over a security guard to intimidate us, even though we were being respectful and mature. We were treated unfairly because of our age and I will not be returning to this establishment. Unprofessional staff, go to the other smaller and nice theaters nearby.
