I thought I was in a Scene from Ratatouille

December 23, 2022

My friend and I went to see the uber sappy Whitney Houston movie and as a treat we saw multiple mice and rats running through the theater. I was mortified! The couple beside me saw at least four on their side and I saw at least four on my side - so they are running around rampant! My friend went to speak to management and they asked did we see mice or rats :( and followed up with letting us know that they recognize there is a problem and they are working on trying to control it! WHAT!?!?!?! I have initiated a call to the health department!

They’ve Upped Their Game

November 13, 2019

Like many others, I’ve been disappointed by this theater for quite a while.. But our last few visits, during the weekday, have been so much better. This Regal management must have paid attention to social media because they are much improved. Give ‘em another chance, people. Try them during off-peak periods. You’ll get personal service and practically have the theater all to yourselves!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS THEATRE

October 28, 2019

We bought tickets to see the Great Alaskan Race online. We bought medium popcorn, which was stale and they had no butter, no ice tea, they ran out of napkins. When we got to the movie theatre, it was blocked off We walked back to find out what was going on. The ticket person said they were cleaning it. LOL. Another person, said let me check. It turns out the projector broke. No one bothered to tell us. The manager offered to comp our tickets, which the credit never came through, and then offered to give us a free ticket to see a movie playing that night. He seated us in the seats he said that were only available. One of the seats was broken. And it turns out there were other seats available but we ended up getting the worse seats. I sent a letter to their corporate office and got a generic BS response that didn't answer any of our concerns. In addition, the place was just dirty on a Saturday night. Not soap in the bathroom. STAY AWAY.

Disgusting new recliner seating

December 23, 2018

The sound levels are always way too loud, and the never respond to complaints. The old theater seats were comfortable with plenty of leg room, though they could have been updated. Instead, they installed big puffy one-size-fits-nobody recliners that are so big that a 5'3" person's feet don't touch the floor. Being forced to recline is uncomfortable and embarrassing when the strangers in the next seat forget they're not at home alone. When the reserved seat is broken, you won't know until it doesn't recline - annoying those inclined to recline. Staff understaffed. Grand concession stands are not so grand. I avoid this theater whenever possible

$10.50 for out of focus dying lamp experience

July 15, 2017

War For The Planet Of The Apes was out of focus and projector lamp was clearly on its last leg. Hour counter anyone??? Wide landscape shots flickered brighter and darker. We told theater staff during previews. No change. Told customer service again after reading out-of-focus subtitles for 2+hrs. Yuck. Customer service informed us that someone had checked theater 1 and had "fixed it". The ending credits were difficult to read. I understand that gear fails. I do not understand poor quality standards and lack of customer service.

New Manager Needed

June 30, 2017

I think they need new management. Carpet old dirty looking. Seats smell like dirty people. Billboard does not display movies playing. Received ticket twice with wrong movie in Room. Game room does not clearly tell you what is needed to play games. Movie does not start on time. Have not received Free movie ticket after so many shows.
