The staff is always great to make you experience pleasant.

April 19, 2018

I have been coming to this theatre since it was made and the new seats and upgraded food at the front have made me a regular. The price is great and I have never ran into any problems.

Screen too dark!

March 23, 2017

Had to tell the staff to turn the screen on when previews started. Other patrons had complained as well. Screen was so dark and blurry you could barely see the movie. Seen Beauty and the Beast. The sound from the movie next door was so loud it overpowered the movie. Seats were comfortable and roomy, they reclined, great if you were there to take a nap.

Broken Auditorium

April 30, 2023

I purchased tickets to see Evil dead at 5:20PM. I arrive on time, checked in and purchased my snacks etc. We go into auditorium 8 and you can barley see the screen. It’s dark and the brightness wasn’t there to laminate anything. I go to the front after the first 30 seconds of the movie and ask the manager if they can adjust the brightness in the movie and he asked if I was in Auditorium 8. I replied, yes Sir. He then tells me, oh ya, the bulb is out and we won’t be able to get anyone down there until tomorrow…so my question is, why still sell tickets to that movie if you know that they auditorium isn’t fully capable of providing paying customers what they paid for. He said they can refund me but will take about 8 business days..so I’ll be back here to update if this is accurate. Bottom line up front, please don’t try to run a movie if it’s not working correctly. Or…notify the customer that the auditorium isn’t working as they check in and give them their options…
