Reserved seating is a pain!

Don’t like the reserved seating. Most people arrived late because they had reserved a seat. Annoying when they are around you and they have 8 people after the movie started!

Way too expensive... Starplex is head and shoulders superior.

Go to any other theater

We went here twice for 2 different movies after moving to Waco. This theater sucks. The first movie the dialogue was so quiet and distant sounding we could barely hear what the main characters were saying. The second movie was in a different auditorium, but the dialogue was so loud this time that we both left with headaches. I don't what is going on with their audio, but I recommend going to any other theater in town until they get their audio problems fixed.

Mediocre experience

Went to a 10:00 pm movie and there was 4 individuals who were incredibly loud the last 20 minutes of the movie. Could not find a single person to take care of the issue. Won’t be going back that late since they don’t have anyone to take care of issues like rude people.

Seats are so uncomfortable

Seats are now reserved.. don’t care one way or the other about that. But the seats have this odd headrest that actually force your head and spine forward. I’m 5’4” and found them horribly uncomfortable. The cushions were stiff also. I am curious if anyone actually tried out the seats before installing them. And 25-30 minutes of commercials and previews AFTER scheduled showtime. Is that now the norm? Theaters have to do better. I’d rather invite friends over and host a Netflix party.
