Poor sound quality and no brightness in screen

Bad experience poor sound quality and no brightness in screen. Overall bad and definitely I will not visit this theatre again in my life.

Worst on several areas

Directed to theatre on opposite end of where my movie was. Cold tasteless popcorn, concession worker needed manager for 3 people in line before me. 2nd try at popcorn - cold and rasteless

Picture and sound quality are good. Cleanliness is gross. Need serious cleaning. Seats are all stained with mystery stuff stuck on them.

Love this theatre!

I love this theatre! 24 theatres give a lot of choices. We go about once a month. Theatres and bathrooms have always been clean on every visit. Largest selection on Indian movies in the area.

Worst Customer Service

I had a bad experience with the regal VIP pass ticket when I tried to exchange for the ticket. Regal OAKS didn't accept the VIP pass ticket which was bought from other website. Few movies were marked as passes not allowed and the movie which I was interested didn't specify that passes not allowed. So I did go to the theater after traveling 30 miles and had to come back since they didn't accept VIP pass. When I contacted Manager (Harrely) , he said they are not responsible for the information which was published on website and check Fundago website and not the Regal. He is so irresponsible in behavior and handling customers. If regal website information is wrong, then why do they publish in-correct information. I hate this Regal OAKS and never go back.
