Free refill?

Very nice theater. My family enjoys going to the movies. There were six of us tonight. We purchased 3 large drinks, raisinettes, red vines, sour candy and a large popcorn. Midway through the movie I went for the free refill on the popcorn. I went to the counter, waited for the group being helped to finish, and asked if I could get a refill. She told me that she had to help the next in line, and that I would have to go to the end of the line. The line looked to be about 10 minutes long. Needless to say, I just went back into the theater. Is this really the policy? I have never been told that before. Every other theater has taken the 30 seconds to refill my popcorn.

Chilly Experience

It's a 3pm movie, -6° outside. About 10 minutes into the movie a cold air blasts us in the theatre. This happens about every 10 minutes or so. Everyone in the theatre is bundled up the entire time. It was miserable.
