Good theater/worst party experience

The movie theater itself is good. But we had a party there for our 5 year old yesterday. It was terrible! From the time I tried book a party, no one would answer my emails. So we went there to book it. After booking I had follow up questions and it was hard to get an email back, even after the party planned gave me her email address! I specifically asked her what time to put on the invites and she told me 10am. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything back confirming anything so I emailed again. And heard nothing back. So I called the day before and they changed the time. So I had to get in touch with all the parents and push back the time an hour. When we arrived they took us to the party room. We were the first party of the day. There was cake smashed in the carpets, left over drinks and food all over. The sinks were dirty. We had no cups or even a trash bag in the can so we could clean up ourselves. There was no "party planner" person to help us get drinks or serve person. We even complained. But nothing got resolved. It was $250 for 10 kids. Luckily kids don't care about that stuff and they still loved the movie but I would not recommend a party there to any of my friends.

The floor staff seems more interested in socializing among themselves than serving the customers. My wife and daughter had to wait 20 minutes just to get ice cream at the Cafe. We’ve been here many times. This happens quite frequently. It seems that the Cafe workers get bored and wander away. Then you have to ask if it’s even open. Then you'll hear the other workers telling the cafe worker that they have customers over the radios. Then the fat, disengaged woman waddles over & asks can she help you, looking half asleep. There’s always radio chatter there, which is annoying. The managers aren’t much better. Many times the ticket person sends us to the theater while the cleaning ushers are still cleaning the theater. I’ve seen managers in there using their brooms to clean the recliners. I just think that’s nasty 🤢If that’s the example they set, you know the floor staff is doing that.

Great Date night

Concessions were high as with all movies but a nice variety and fresh. New seats are comfy and cozy. Friendly staff and the theaters didnt smell like old food and dirty carpet. Keep up the good work!
