Excellent movie experiences for several years!

It's rather typical that the only/majority of online reviews of services are from people who have something to complain about, so it feels necessary to say something good about the Boulevard 14. I live in Petaluma, and this is the theater I go to. I've never had a bad experience here, and I've been going since it opened several years ago. As a filmmaker and someone who has worked in movie theaters before, this place is doing an excellent job. Working at a theater is often a thankless job, where you get blamed for every bad thing (including possibly bad movies), but never told that you created a positive experience for customers.

The manager Larissa was doing ticket sales and she made it very clear she didn't want to be. I had asked for the 3D showing of a film and she sold me a standard ticket. I then asked to confirm that it was a 3D ticket and she rolled her eyes made a face and said yes theatre 2 3D l. I get out of line and my ticket says Theatre 4 standard. So she blatantly lied to me. Then I get to the concession stand and they want to charge me 5.75 for a cup full of tap water.
