Need new and caring Management

There is a premier line (VIP) that you pay extra for but the employees are afraid to call you ahead of the other line because the people are hostile and combative. Manager does not take the effort to train or correct the problem as it creates a safety hazard with fights. They do not get involved. Also no one patrols the theaters to monitor and reprimand the annoying people who are on the phones all the time. If you go to the manager to complain they say they will be there but they never show up. Ruins the movie with the flashing lights and the unconcerned Manager and employees. Bathrooms need attention and seats in theater need to be cleaned. Went in movie when the lights were on as they were sweeping up popcorn from lazy people who left their trash all over. Discusting!!!! Makes you think twice before sitting down. I refuse to go there anymore. Need to get someone who cares to run the place!

Horrible horrible experience. Ticket person was rude and unprofessional and manager (Amber) was even worst. Manager stated you blacks are the worst and when I complained to cooperate they stated that I was the one being rude (which was not true) and blocked me from callin again. I will not be using another AMC theater as long as I live. They don’t care about the behavior of their racist employees and will defend them at all cost. I will be starting an online petition for anyone who has experienced this treatment from an employee at this location so that we can get them shut down. If we don’t stand for the as a people we will fall for the bigotry. So sad the world we live in😔

Black friday. One ticket person, out of popcorn and the place was filthy. Both myself and my son left theater itching. Dirty restrooms and no soap or paper towel dispensers were working. I will not be

Always dirty....theaters, floors, bathrooms (broken items).... Sound is often not loud enough in your theater and you can hear the movie next door too loudly. Concession - only keep one open causing huge lines. Same for the ticket area- only keep 2 open and the line is very long and we are always early. For the high prices you expect a clean, friendly, and enjoyable time. Never does that happen. They need to clean it, repair the bathrooms, and have every line open with a smile for what they charge. Customer Service is poor..... It is the location that is best for us, but I wish a good manager would come in and turn it around. It could and should be a great place to go.

While the theater is a little dated as far as the seats being old, they keep the floors clean, and are constantly keeping the theater well-maintained. The people are nice, the earlybird rates are excellent (especially for this area, where a normal movie runs over $12, $15 for 3D), the concession stands are busy but the service people are always really, really responsive and helpful. We've had a few misses, but only on really off hours times when almost no one is there. 9/10 times, we have a great experience. My kids love it, and my husband and I go as well. Definitely worth the perk card, if you go once every couple of months or more.

From the time we entered it was a nightmare. Trash on the floor, no lids for the drinks or ice, ignorant people. And that was before we even sat down. That was whole other nightmare!!! Loud rude people crowded in the theater and no one said a thing. Cell phone lights shined in my face. Worst audio ever and some unexplained sound throughout the entire movie. It was absolutely the worst theater experience we have ever had. You couldn't pay us to go back there!!!
