I love this giant multiplex, I am glad it's still around

January 13, 2022

I have a great time going to cherry hill's multiplex, dolby, imax, standard screens (digital) and it's cleaner than a lot of amc theatres I go to across the country. The workers are just doing their job trying to get by, and do their best to be friendly. The screens are pretty good, some are on the dim side but that's honestly the tech nationwide. I like the layout, they play indie or lower budget films all of the time, and it's fun to just pop in and watch a film or two. The parking is good, and the visitors are pretty quiet.

Is someone managing this place?

October 31, 2019

Upon entering this theater you must navigate a maze of cardboard ads, and stanchion posts/ropes for crowd control (I guess). One has to pause to figure out where to go! The automatic ticket machines are only sometimes working, but always blinking! So you can go to the left or right to address the live folk at the ticket counters that are manned by bored looking young men and/or women who seemed strained to help the customers. I do have to give a compliment to the theater for hiring the disabled, however they would perhaps benefit from occasional coaching. This practice should continue. There is a customer service desk and it is in a central location which is clearly a good thing. The refreshment area could use some sense of organization-maybe it is time for a do-over or re-direction.
