Our favorite spot
October 25, 2018
Even though we no longer live in Burbank, we still go out of our way to attend shows at the theater. Compared to other theaters in Los Angeles, this place is simply a no brainer. Sure sometimes they don’t have hotdogs ready, but they will cook you a fresh one. Sometimes the lines are long, sure. But the crowd and the atmosphere and the workers all make it feel like it’s a local spot, not the middle of Los Angeles where who knows who is standing around looking creepy. This is a great spot for families. It’s all situated in the middle of a nice little Promenade where you can grab a bite to eat before or after or during if your bag is big enough… The great little spot called chronic tacos just across from the theater, several ice cream places, Buffalo wild wings, chipotle, coffee just up the street in beautiful downtown Burbank. Free parking as always in Burbank, with lots in every direction. Also several large restaurants within walking distance for a sit down vibe. I’ve got no complaints.
Only 3 working box office window Christmas week.

Got in line with family at 3:15p to purchase tickets to 4p show with my WGA card. Couldn't get to the window in time for start of the show. 1 employee working the box office for the dozen or so "Premiere Members" waiting in line. And only 2 others employees working windows for the hundreds of others waiting in line. Six empty registers on the day after Christmas? For a holiday crowd? The busiest week of the year? Are you kidding me? Management consistently misses at this location.
