Matthew Hastings Overview

The son of actor Don Hastings, Matthew Hastings was born in New York. His father, who has been playing Dr. Bob Hughes on the soap opera As The World Turns since 1960 and his mother, Nan, divorced in 1980. In 1995 Matthew created the teen series Out of the Blue, filmed at Florida's Sea World and featuring a Latino cast. Each episode was shot twice, once in Spanish and once in English.
