Born: August 18, 1989

Christina Chong was born in North London, England, and raised in Broxbourne, England with five siblings to a Chinese father and British mother. Unfortunately, her parents separated, at which time her mother moved the children to her hometown of Longridge.

Christina began taking dance lessons at age four and continued dancing through high school. She was cast as a dancer in Elton John's Aida in Esson, but had to stop after sustaining an injury. She decided to return to performing as an actor and attended the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City before returning to London.

She began landing commercials and supporting roles on TV series, but her breakthrough didn't come until 2011, when she was cast as Lorna Bucket on an episode of the extremely popular series Doctor Who, as well as landing a supporting role in the movie W.E., directed by Madonna, and the role of Barbara in Johnny English Reborn (2011).

Christina continued landing guest appearances on various TV series, and in 2015, she was cast in the recurring role of Zoe Holloway on the second season of the SyFy series Dominion.

In 2023, she landed a starring role as La'an Noonien Singh on the Paramount+ series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
