Charlie Shotwell lives with his family in Glendale, California.
He began acting at age six, and made his feature film debut in Captain Fantastic (2016), playing Viggo Mortensen's youngest son.
Since then, he's also filmed a role as Kate Mara and Shia LaBeouf's young son in the post-apocalyptic thriller Man Down.
His most recent roles include the family drama The Glass Castle (2017) and The Nightingale (2018).
When he's not acting, Charlie enjoys writing stories.
