Best theater in area!

Don't know where the people below who reviewed this theater live, but it must be another planet! My husband and I moved down here 7 yrs ago. Regal Citrus park is our favorite out of all the theaters we've tried. The theater is always clean, the staff friendly and accommodating including the manager who couldn't have been nicer when I had a small problem, prices are competitive, the new reclining chairs are very comfy, great rewards program, the popcorn is the best, and the movie selection is good. We go there almost every week!

Bad Theater, long 30 minute waiting for order food

I don't recommend this theater.....if want to buy food be ready to wait 30 min, only 2 cashier. Bad customer service. 1:20pm. no busy time.....long waiting time to order food.

Horrible!

I took my son to the Batman Lego movie tonight that he'd been waiting to see all week. Sitting 2 rows directly behind us was a family with 2 children that were extremely sick and were coughing NON STOP the entire time. It was making me so sick and was extremely distracting. Everyone was getting upset about these kids coughing but the parents clearly didn't care. I finally left 45 min after the movie started because I couldn't take it anymore. I went to the front desk to speak with the manager (Warren Peck) and explained the situation and that I wanted a refund. After he left us waiting for almost 10 min he brings me two tickets to come back. I told him I wanted a refund and not a ticket to come back. He refused and said its stated on the door that refunds can't be given once a movie starts. That's absurd! Never have I gone to a movie and read about their 'refund policies!' I didn't expect to go into a movie and feel like I'm at a hospital!!! Warren didn't care and refused to refund me. I didn't take the tickets he attempted to give me because I will never go back to this theater again. I just moved to this area and this is the closest theater to me, but I will 100% drive 30 min further to go to my old theater or just spend $1.50 on Redbox! We've only lived here 3 months and this was already our 3rd movie here. Because of the way Warren handled this, he lost 2 customers. The last time we were there I waited over 30 minutes to get popcorn during an extremely busy time during Christmas break and they had TWO people working the popcorn counter. This theater and manager are horrible!
