i LOVE this place

Great service, always. I book 10 seats at a time for my son's parties and the staff are incredible. Always treated like gold there. Wine list ok, but hey it's the movies.

Disappointing

It’s so disappointing the floors were sticky and barely to no air conditioning!! The young boy serving us apologized and said I’m hot also but I can’t do anything about it! Food was cold and when I received my food it was incorrect! I was extremely excited to bring my family here but unfortunately this will be the first and last time and to top it off extremely expensive for food that was below average! The young servers were well mannered very helpful! If I could give this establishment a 0 star I would’ve!!

“Not the same quality it used to be"

Movie theaters are not clean, Restrooms always broken, smell bad. it's a shame.

Terrible 1st Experience

February 20, 2018

When we arrived the representative printed our tickets, told us the theatre number and pointed towards the bar. We walked in circles, passing many employees - none of which were willing to assist us in locating or theatre. We finally interrupted a conversation and was directed towards the theatre. We located our seats and waited 35 minutes for the attendant to come take our order. Many of the items on the menu were sold out. We were told, "Blank Panther cleaned us out, we are limited to drinks and food selection". After placing our order he immediately asked for a card to open the tab, we explained we were paying with cash and he advised he would bring the receipt to us for payment. Drinks arrived within 15 minutes (Coors light and a coke). Food arrived about 45 minutes after, missing specialty sauces. We were told the sauce that came with the wings was sold out, so he received two cups of plain ketchup instead as a substitute, SMH. According to the attendant, the kitchen was short staffed, orders were backed up and confused. He apologized for the inconvenience, then laugh and stated at least the film quality is a plus. Midway through the movie, I was approached by another employee, showing me someone else's credit card asking me if it belonged to me. I simply advised we are paying in cash, shook my head and continued to enjoy the film. We received the bill, paid and left the theatre. Overall, I was not impressed by the quality of service received. I've had better experiences at the Alamo during the opening weekend for a highly anticipated movie. I will be returning to the theatre, at a later time (during the week) to see if the quality of service is better. Doubt that I will consider this location for another major movie release.

Serious Cinematic Failure

Brought the family there for a showing of Incredibles 2. The summary version is that the power went out in the movie theater several times (four?) during the show, sometimes just the visuals sometimes the audio too. The projectors went out several times, not just our movie but seemingly through the whole place. It was mayhem. They had to reboot everything. The wait times were 5 to 20 minutes and then the movie would start again, then stop again. Sometimes the audio would keep going with no visuals, sometimes everything would stop. The place is clean and glossy, but -- as a movie theater? I don't think so.
