The final trailer for The Sisters Brothers introduces Eli (John C. Reilly) and Charlie Sisters (Joaquin Phoenix), two brothers who work together as hired assassins. Charlie says they have their father’s “foul blood” in their veins and that’s why they’re so good at killing people. Their work is dangerous though, earning them plenty of enemies, and they agree to finish one last job before getting out of the business for good.
