A great history lesson on the challenges to exceptionally brilliant men. A must see.

Interesting and educational movie. Something we all take for granted - Electricity and the early development of the technology for power systems. A must see for any one that is technical or science orientated.

Screenplay/storyline needs rewriting; this version of the "Current War" pits Edison (poorly performed, unconvincing) vs Westinghouse and leaves the most interesting character Tesla (D performance - the actor and his Serbian accent feel all wrong) is left as a minor character- whereas in history, AC wouldn't have developed without him. The movie makers should start all over...and make a different film...

The history and interactions if Edison, Teska and Westinghouse was fascinating. Things we never knew. I came away with deeper respect for Westinghouse and sympathy for Tesla. Seeing the recreation of the Chicago worlds fair was also amazing. They put you right there in 5he middle of it lit up with the winners lights. All star cast. People will judge Eduson on his conduct and merits but a brief word without spoiling the movie ... AC current has killed people over the years but DC current does not travel as far. Ten stars if I could give that many.
