Hunter (Haley Bennett) and Richie (Austin Stowell) seem to have a loving marriage. Hunter is a stay-at-home wife, and just found out she's pregnant. Her in-laws, however, are judgmental and have high expectations for their daughter-in-law. But everything is not what it seems, and underneath Hunter is struggling. To feel more in control, she turns to swallowing inedible and dangerous objects.
