One of the better doc movies I have seen in a long long time.
The best "Documentary" I have ever seen. Almost seemed 'faux', the story was so well put together and entertaining.
Anyone that enjoys Auto racing - especially Formula One will enjoy this film. When other racers (past & present) are asked who their own favorite race car driver of all time is they all almost always choose Aryton Senna. Senna was a maverick and if you watch this movie you'll know precisely how and why.
This doc about the hazards of Formula 1 racing is simply riveting.Ayrton Senna was an interesting, spiritual personality whose early death is strongly felt by the viewer. His life is presented mostly without warts, but that is understandable, given the family involvement in the project.
I Remember when Senna died, sad day for racing. Its a must see if you are Formula 1 fan just fantastic!!!
You don't have to be an F1 fan to enjoy this movie. An extremely well-done documentary. Great insight into Senna's life and the F1 racing world at the time.
good if you like racing.
This was an excellent tribute to a sports phenomenon. Extremely well done and if you are a fan a must see
good movie especially if you like racing.
You really aren't required to know anything about Ayrton Senna, the history of open-wheel racing or Formula one to be captivated by this documentary. Director Asif Kapadia and writer Manish Pandley let the subject tell his own story in his own words using archival footage rather than their own narration and that's what makes this film what it is. You really see what drives this 3 time Formula One champion, his bitter rivalry with former teammate Alain Prost and the devastating impact his death had on his native Brazil. It's gripping a truly fascinating with intense drama. You really see how important and legendary he was inside and outside his sport. One of my favorites from this year's crop
I was thoroughly entertained by his charismatic personality and extremely distraught when I learned about his untimely death. Senna lives on forever.
this was a great movie and you dont need to be a race fan to enjoy it. a must see.
The best sports documentary of all time! It'll keep you on the edge of your seat. Senna was a true athlete.
