Best fighting flick ever!!!

If you love Action...this is it. One of the most action-packed stunt driven February movie ever! A must see for the winter blah`s.

User review rating: 0 February 21, 2005

i liked tha stunts tony jaa u rool

User review rating: 0 February 21, 2005

What an absolute WASTE of time. This movie had no plot, the acting was horrible, and the script made me realize that having a bout of diarrhea is more fun. The only thing that the movie had going for it was some of the fighting scenes even though some were VERY far-fetched. I feel totally ripped off even though I saw the movie with a free pass. For this movie to be currently rated as 3.8 stars, obviously people don`t know a good movie if it slapped them in the face and started to wiggle. Anyone with a decent taste in movies should avoid, you have been WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And the best comedy of the year goes to: ONG BAK: THE THAI WARRIOR. Great action movie, plot hole galore. Lots of funny parts, many random events (Main char. showing up out of nowhere to save friends etc.) For a good laugh and many broken bones, watch; ONG BAK: THE THAI WARRIOR

This guy is unique and real. It`s no bull.

User review rating: 0 February 19, 2005

WELL, I`ve just seen the movie and to my dismay I didn`t see anywhere in the ads for this MOVIE that there are subtitles in ENGLISH........so action yes, but plot no and again I do not like movies with sub titles so it gets a thumbs down and shame on the theatres for not advertiseing english subtitles...course language yes if you can understand the lingo..

User review rating: 0 February 18, 2005

The martial arts in this film outshine anything I have seen in a long time.... unfortunately this is the worst movie, editing, quality that I have seen in a long time too. To say a B movie would be an overstatement... but WOW can that guy kick butt !!

User review rating: 0 February 18, 2005

Tony Jaa could be the next Bruce Lee! All of his hits are SOLID!!!! Very entertaining!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

User review rating: 0 February 18, 2005

User review rating: 0 February 16, 2005

It is an excellent action movie the moves are so well done that the movie dosent NEED a plot line ..although there was one kinda comingled into it. I was a bit confused about the ending ...did the brother actually die (because i refuse to believe that he was really freakin hot) and Did Ting become a munk and WHY WOULD HE DO THAT!! he need to make more movies, MORE!!! he is now my jackichan replacment god!!

ONG BAK: THE THAI WARRIOR... WOW WOW WOW... This is the best Martials Arts Film I have seen for a long time... A Real Style Thai Boxing should be...i love it i love it and will see it again and again... I am a great fan of the Martial Arts, i would rated this movie the best Martial Arts/Action of the year... Tony Jaa did a great job on this movie, every move every hit is so real and deadly it really show a true fighting arts of the Thai Boxing... Jet Li will have a big competition now (in the action movie industry)if Tony Jaa move to the US and starts making Martial Arts Movies... Van Dames and his style is just for show... not real Jet

Best Mui Thai Ever ... What can I say... Mui Thai Rules!!!! and Tony Jaa ... Nice!!!!!

User review rating: 0 February 15, 2005

Great Movie! Like bruce lee, no the best actor but the action is so great. Tony jaa is one of the greatest because he is quick he fights great and he does his own stunts. That`s like a mix of jet li, jackie chan and bruce lee. Not a great plot but at least it made sense i`d give it ............. the best movie EVER!!!!

User review rating: 0 February 15, 2005

This movie is farely old, they cut some scene`s out of the movie, some dialogue has been changed as well as the soundtrack and the I expected the quality to be much better but it`s still an amazing display of martial arts from Tony Jaa. His martial arts style separates him from others like Jackie Chan, Samo Hung, or Jet Lee. Tony Jaa is in a world of his own.

User review rating: 0 February 14, 2005

one of the best action movies ever..is awesome.u cant really compare tony jaa with bruce lee cuz both diff culture n martial arts..but both are 2 great to be compared...gv this film 5 stars.this is a fightin film filled with action, dont hope for a gd story or plot.

User review rating: 0 February 14, 2005

Poor plot, but all in all, an action flick with superior fighting scenes.

User review rating: 0 February 14, 2005

ONG BAK BAD. There was absolutely no plot. I`ve never seen an action movie with less plot in my life. Fight scenes were cool I`ll give it taht but the rest of the movie was horrible.

User review rating: 0 February 14, 2005

This is the best action movie ever. I agree that Tony Jaa is not the best actor in the world but there are lots of actors that can act well but there is not another actor that can do what Tony Jaa can! Watch the movie and you will know what I mean!

User review rating: 0 February 13, 2005

User review rating: 0 February 13, 2005

This movie goes down as one of the worst movies I have seen in many years. I was tempted to leave and ask for my money back.

User review rating: 0 February 13, 2005

ONG BAK IS THE CRAZIEST, MOST GREATEST MOVIE EVER! It was wicked... It was action-packed, exciting, HILLARIOUS, and just overall great. 4-5 stars!

User review rating: 0 February 13, 2005

WOW, I feel sorry for you if you don`t get the opportunity to watch this.

User review rating: 0 February 13, 2005

Amazing! Jaw dropping fights, nothing like youve ever seen, Tony Ja is the next big thing to happen to martial arts and he sure deserves it. It was the first movie Ive gone to were people litterally jump out of their seets with astonishment, Wild. I reccomend this movie to people that don`t even like martial arts movies. You will leave this movie craving for more, might aswell just bye an extra ticket for a later showtime from the start. Remember, the entertainment in this movie solely lies in the action, you don`t go to see a movie like this for the acting and storyline, and if you do than i JUST DONT know WHAT TO SAY...

User review rating: 0 February 13, 2005

IT was such a great movie i can`t stop watching it!!!!!:)**

User review rating: 0 February 13, 2005

Some of the most thrilling and brutal fight scenes I have ever seen. While the fighting is quite intense, it still appears to preserve the martial art.

User review rating: 0 February 13, 2005

Awesome movie! I loved the fights. It was amazing how Tony Jaa did everything without any assistance of cables, wires, etc. I also agree that some parts of the movie were weak, but this movie is not about the story, but action and fighting.

User review rating: 0 February 13, 2005

I watched it a couple of months ago and I loved it. Even though it was all in Thai and I dont speak, I still followed the movie and really enjoyed it!!! I`d definately recommend it!

User review rating: 0 February 12, 2005

One of the best action movies I`ve ever seen.Tony did a great job on that. No wire, real action. Not many actors can do that like him. Must see!!!

User review rating: 0 February 12, 2005

BEST MARTIAL ARTS MOVIE OF ALL TIME! MUST SEE!

User review rating: 0 February 12, 2005

I loved this movie from beginning to end. It`s funny and action packed. The plot of the movie is very uninspired and formulaic, but it`s fun to watch. This is a must see.

User review rating: 0 February 12, 2005

Jackie Chan is wayyy better....jackie has better stunts and hes funny..and has a funny name..."jackie chan"

User review rating: 0 February 12, 2005

Ong Bak is a movie that demonstartes yet again the untouchable asian talent that needs no special effects or fitness trainers to get the actors in shape. The story is lacking but you dont go to an asian martial art movie to find the next best actor. I highly favoured this film and suggest you see it.

User review rating: 0 February 12, 2005

This movie had amazing action and Tony Jaa is simply incredible!!! When you pay to watch this movie (its been out for about a year already in Asia), it won`t be for any academy award acting but for crazy action...splits under a car? wildness...
