Bobby Sanders (Jack Mulhern) has dreamed of playing for the NHL since he was a child. However, a series injuries lead to him being traded to a Swedish team for the price of a washer and dryer combo. While in Sweden, he meets a cute grocery clerk and they begin a relationship. Bobby has the potential to save the team’s season, but his relationship forces him to confront his dreams and look beyond hockey as a career before it's too late.
