This Netflix original series revolves around a small eatery called Meshiya, affectionately referred to as the Midnight Diner. The tiny joint is run by man known as the Master, and is only open from midnight to 7:00 AM. Although the "official" menu consists only of a pork miso soup set, beer, saké and shochu, the Master is willing to make whatever his customers request. Droves of patrons flock to the Midnight Diner because of the great food, as well as the bond they form with and among its unique owner.
