He was born Christopher Campbell, in Philadelphia... a Catholic, who became an Orthodox Jew. (It only took three conversions!) He's now a stand-up comic who sports the traditional garb of an observant Jew, and lives and works in Jerusalem. Campbell's style and routines are completely original.
Excerpts from his shows are interspersed with the story of his personal quest to find meaning in religion. Campbell's been interviewed by Rolling Stone and Steven Colbert, and his one-man show "You Can Never Be Too Jewish" is slated for Off-Broadway this year.
