Dr. Laing (Tom Hiddleston) is happy with his life in the second trailer for High-Rise. The apartment building he's moved into places the wealthiest people at the top, where they pay higher prices, but have an unlimited power supply and all kinds of luxuries. The middle-class people live in the center of the building, while the lower class live on the bottom floors, where they have frequent power failures. When the tenants begin to resent what those above them enjoy, it's anarchy at its worst.
