Singer, model, actress, New Wave icon, described by many as a "glamazon," this extraordinary artist is revealed in this documentary shot over a period of several years.

From her return to her native Jamaica, where part of her family still lives, to her studio work for the production of her next album, to a visit to Paris where she meets up with frequent collaborator, director/photographer/artist Jean-Paul Goude, who is the father of her son Paolo, we get an inside look at her personae onstage and off.
