In present-day Paris, superheroes are well integrated into society. However, a mysterious drug that gives normal people supernatural abilities starts spreading around the city, prompting the police chief to send out Lieutenant Moreau (Pio Marmaï) and Lieutenant Schaltzmann (Vimala Pons) to investigate. What they discover is that the drug bestows powers that are lethal to those nearby, and the two detectives hunt the distributors of the drug, even though it is dangerous and more complicated than just containing the spread.
