service is outstanding

the theater mgr. down to the ticket taker were very profesional caring ,and always smiling. .i have asked for someone to use a flashlight , and they do every time. i am 72 yrs old appriciate the awesome job they do. canawesome mgr whom every employee loves and works hard for. thank you for letting me enjoy the movie experience.

NEVER stepping foot into this theater again

My mom ordered while I went bring my disabled grandmother into the theater to sit. I told my mom to get me a water. She was told that they had run out. Luckily I had gone back up to the front to help her carry everything and she told me what had happened while she was still in line. I asked for a cup of water because I am well aware there’s always a water button on those machines (and I could clearly see it) and was instead handed an empty cup and was directed to go to the water fountain. I was willing to comply but the water fountain was disgusting so I went back to the counter to propose a solution. I explained to the guy that I cannot have any of the fountain drinks because whatever additives are in there make me break out in hives so I asked if I could go walk to the store that’s in the same parking lot to get a water before the movie started. He said no as well as the manager at the counter with him because they “don’t allow outside food or drinks”. That’s great and all except it was THEIR fault for not having water available and then denying me water from the store in the parking lot. I went back into the movie theater (movie still hadn’t started yet) and asked my mom for her card that she had paid for the tickets with so I could get a refund. I came right back out, respectfully waited in the long line, and spoke with the manager. I politely asked for a refund and was denied. I patiently explained the situation and he said “You should have just come and asked me for water out of the machine.” to which I responded “I did and your worker handed me an empty cup.” and then pointed to that worker. He had nothing to say for a few seconds because he KNEW the worker had handled it the wrong way but that didn’t stop him from making it worse. He finally said that he’s not giving me a refund. I demanded one. He declined. I had to miss a movie with my mom and grandmother. No one with that attitude and low level of professionalism should be in a managerial position.
