Thin walls between theatres.. Very loud distracting audio feed from both sides.

Nice theatre, menu, bar and staff.. EXCEPT for the obvious thin walls between theatres. It's very distracting. Even simple conversations in the neighboring movies/theatres bleed over into the movie you are watching.. much less noise like explosions or gun fights.. Very annoying and very distracting. They need much more insulation in the walls. I think they just renovated the place and I'm amazed they overlooked something so obvious when doing that renovation. We are not going back till I hear they have corrected this issue.
Only Theater I can't see PG13 movies with my 4 year old.

The only bad thing about the experience is that the walls are thin. You can clearly hear the movie playing in the next room. The reason I will never go back here is because me and my wife tried to view a movie that was rated PG 13 with our 4 year old. We were told that it's against their policy. The Grand doesn't have this policy and they let us bring her in for free. Thankfully for this bad experience we went to Cinemark The Woodlands and I didn't know they served food. It was great. Much better than Star Cinema Grill anyway. We will be going here from now on. If you don't mind the extra 10 minute drive go to Cinemark The Woodlands. They have more and better food.
