Sent to Wrong Theater - Should have been sent to the Auditorium for 2:05pm showing

September 22, 2019

Arrived for the 2:05pm showing of Rambo. I was 15 minutes late, but was not concerned because they usually show at least 15 minutes advertisements and trailers. Found out I had to go and wait 10 minutes at the concession stand to buy ticket. Once I got the ticket I was directed to Auditorium 5 by the guy taking tickets. To my surprise the movie was well over half over. I thought for once they started on time and I was 30 minutes late. Discovered after movie was over my ticket was for Auditorium 5, but for the 3:40pm showing of Rambo. WHAT A RIPOFF.

Relaxed and not crowded

April 28, 2018

We typically go to this theater, even though we have several other Regal theaters closer to us. We like to go to the early showings, and there’s always plenty of good seating, and TONS of parking. We’ve been to a number of midnight shows here, and they’ve always been great handling the large crowds - better than most other theaters.

Horrible Customer Service

April 11, 2018

The customer service was so horrible that I asked to speak to the Manager, but much to my surprise it was the manager who was providing me with the horrible experience. I am disabled, and was asking what the accommodation are in the theater. I guess because I was not in a wheel chair she did not believe me, I felt very discriminated against to the point where my husband and I left and then before driving away, my husband held up my handicap parking plaque out of the window and hooked the horn to get her attention. I have had issues at other places, but she actually caused me to cry, my disability may not be visible, but that does not mean it is not REAL!!!
