Great value for the price

October 18, 2021

In a time where movie theaters cost an arm and a leg regal stadium 16 continues to be a value. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so. I tell everyone about the price and value. Keep businesses like this alive.

Slow as Molasses & Not a care in the world!

November 10, 2019

The movie theater itself is pretty decent. The sound quality is very good, hands-down!! The problem is the staff and management do not take initiative. Everyone mopes around on the clock. On the rare chance that they do take initiative...another manager will alter the change causing chaos. For instance, the concession lines are always ridiculously long due to slow unmotivated workers. Management thought it was brilliant to have everyone already lined up in 4 separate lines to line up in one incredibly long single line. When all 60 of us did so-another manager walked by and said let's break up the line back to multiple lines. Of course, everyone headed back to their former places only to be met by the food attendee who said, "I cannot help you, we are taking people from one individual line." Of course, they were informed by the entire crowd to get their stuff together since were not moving again. Besides their clever plan did not achieve any greater efficiency. Staff kept their same slow-paced, moping and confused look. The theater needs a PO system to meet modern times; for pizza, chicken, etc. along with setting up a butter station like they used to have, for customers to oil their own popcorn. Better still use both popcorn machines! It is surprising how frequently this causes bottlenecks for staff since there is only one oil dispenser. The floor is often oily creating dangerous sliding of staff. Such a cute theater with very good sound and seating. I enjoy having it so close to home...they just need a good manager to teach customer service, improve equipment, and efficiency. This would be the perfect place for Jon Taffer from Bar Rescure to show the corporation how to run a business. When witnessing frustration from folks waiting in line, leaving with families of 4 or more; someone who understands revenue being missed will fix these business practices. Better service for customers and greater finance from this little gem of a place would make every

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!

December 15, 2018

I was extremely disappointed with my latest visit to Regal Cinemas. I was in town for the weekend visiting family and wanted to take my niece (and the rest of my family, but mostly my niece.) to see the latest animated Grinch movie. She was really excited, it was all she talked about ALL DAY. We took two cars, because fitting five people in one car can be cramped. I arrived first with my niece and nephew in tow, and decided to pay for everyone as a surprise. We waited in line, and I ordered the tickets. I handed the guy in the booth my credit card, and he handed it back with my receipt, but no tickets. I thought that was weird, but its been a while since I've been to Regal, and thought maybe they had changed the way they do ticketing, and thought nothing more of it until we got to the ticket booth. Meanwhile, my niece was cold, so we waited indoors for my sister and her boyfriend to arrive. Once I saw them park, I went outside to let them know I had already purchased the tickets, so they didn't need to. We bought popcorn and a couple of bottled waters at the concession stand, and proceeded to the ticket booth. The guy at the ticket booth informed us that we did, indeed, need tickets. I explained what happened when I had bought the tickets and he sent me to the empty customer service counter and said that a manager would be with us shortly. A guys walked over to the counter, said he was a manager, and asked what he could do to help us. I explained the situation. He asked if we did anything after purchasing the tickets, and I told him we waited for the rest of our party indoors by the entrance. He then proceeded to look around the entrance for the tickets, then came back and said he didn't see any on the ground. Then he said he was going to check the security footage and went into another room. He came out again, asking to see the time on the receipt, which I showed him. He went back into the other room for a couple of minutes, then came back out and told
