Our go-to theater!

We generally really like going to Regal Lincolnshire. The seats are comfy, we can reserve the seats we want from home, we can take advantage of an AARP discount for concessions, in general, it’s a great experience. The last three times I have attended Fathom events, within the past six months, the lights have failed to come up at the end of the movie. Leaving the theater in near darkness is simply an accident waiting to happen. I reported this to the manager this week, after waiting about ten minutes for him to appear, and I got a limp reply about “Oh, there is a trigger in the film, the lights are supposed to come on automatically. I guess we will have someone check.” We reported the same thing when we saw The Wizard of Oz a few weeks ago. I am not happy about the continuing problem. I don’t find any number to reach the theater manager, who might actually be interested in solving the safety related problem I am reporting!

I came with my child... it was her first time on the movie theater she is 2 years old... I took the first seat I saw... 30 min later I was pulled from my seat because I resereved different seat when I bought the ticket... with my crying baby on my hand I had to dig in a garbage bag to look for my ticket, because I had no idea that I had to prove that I be bought the ticket ... worst and the most humiliating experience in my life... I cannot believe that I paid 50$ ( 20 $ for tickets and 25 from food) to get myself in this position... my child's Firts Movies Experience is ruined!!!! It took me about an hour to calm her after this ... PS after I found my ticket in a garbage can... which took me 5 min and a crying baby, they said that I return to the movies, which was half way over... I my life I was never treated like this... Humiliated ... Nether me or my family are coming to this movie theater...
