Over-sells seating and lets people talk, use cell phones, etc..

The movies are whatever they are, I'm not rating them. The seats are new this year which is nice and comfortable. However, they have over-sold 3 movies in the past 3 months (that i know of). We have walked into the theater and had nowhere to sit, we had to ask for refunds (along with several other people) which they didn't want to give us...instead they asked if we would consider waiting 3 hours for the next showing (still at full price, no discount offered for a 3 hr wait). Concessions are typical, over priced, they offer a Large Popcorn with Free Refills, then they mark your bucket so you can only get one refill. Theaters are fairly clean most of the time, bathrooms are the same. Staff is not the friendliest, especially once they've got your money and you have an issue with nowhere to sit or anything else. They dont watch the theaters very well at all....people are talking during movies, taking text messages, answering their phones, even playing games on their phones...THAT is very annoying. When you let them know about it, they have a guy stand at the bottom of the seating area...thats it... he just stands there and doesn't do anything about it... they said "its more disruptive to ask someone to stop than it is to just let them do it".
