What ARE you thinking ?

Expecting your customers to wait in the concession line to buy a ticket is beyond just poor service, It's an insult to your customers and is definitely a deterrent to going to a movie. Assigned seating ????? REALLY !!!! Slows ticket sales, don't want to get stuck sitting behind a tall person or next to someone I may not be on good terms with. Fbks is a small town! Perhaps you think this will encourage advanced ticket sale, for which you more money for. But again you've created a deterrent to go to the movies. It may not stop me from seeing a few "big screen" movies but definitely puts the brakes on seeing movies that will translate just fine on the small screen. I use to see quite a number of those but think those days are over.

Bullshit

What the hell is the deal, now you have to buy your movie tickets at the concession stand. That is B.S. I left today because of that, instead of it taking me 5 minutes to buy my movie ticket it would have taken 30 minutes or more. That is horrible customer service, and to buy movie tickets online you get charged a service fee which is also b.s. and also assigned seating are you kidding me. I cannot believe people gives this theater 5 stars, pretty sure those are paid for by the owner or company. I probably will not be back and will just wait for the movies I want to see to show up on Netflix or any of the other streaming apps.

Sold out show!

I was so disappointed to go to the theater tonight and find out the film we wanted to see was sold out. And they are only showing it one night, and only one showing!!. The Genesis Story. Also there were 3 theaters showing that disgusting Fifty Shades of Darker or whatever. We could not even find anything else to watch. Except Hidden Figures which we had already seen.(It was very good. Glad it is still on)...What is with this theater! I have been to MANY, many, movies over the years where there is only a handful of people or even only 2! and they show it all week long. But something that generates so much interest....., they only show one night. I will keep showing my interest in great films and movies and maybe eventually they will get the hint if we all do it. Sad (PS the gal at the ticket counter said to fill out the survey on line, I told her I would try, but I have never found a way to do that. you can't call the theater and get anyone, I know that)
