Nice theater, will be missed

First ff, it needs to be said, this theater is usually a ghost town (not many patrons) and I understand that it will be closing soon. I'm unsure why locals lost interest. I only attend a handful of movies each year, but I've thoroughly enjoyed the experience with Regal Countryside for the past 10 years since I moved to the area. They don't have a large staff on hand but don't need it with the low attendance. It's clean, and everyone is very helpful. There's always an interesting mix of hot US releases and international (usually Bollywood) films showing. I've seen a lot of "hot new" movies as the only attendee on opening night at Regal Countryside. I kind of wished it would last forever, but I know that's not realistic. I understand the property has been sold and will be redeveloped soon. Thanks for the memories, Regal Countryside!

In need of a complete renovation. It needs better sound, picture quality, comfortable seats and better concessions.
