I’m done with this place

If you don’t buy your tickets in advance and pay the convenience fee, be prepared to stand in a long line to get your tickets. Most of the time they don’t have anyone working the ticket counter and barely anyone working the concession. It’s ridiculous to try to get popcorn only to miss part of the movie due to extremely long lines even if you do get your tickets in advance. We are avid movie goers but will take our business and money to Riverwatch theater in the future.

Wonderful Example for Augusta Community

It's really nice to see that the Regal Augusta Exchange theater is providing the mentally and developmentally disabled members of our community with employment opportunity and inclusion.. awesome ticket usher, greeting and smiles every time my wife and I come through the door. Always a great experience at this theater. awesome and friendly staff who provide really good customer service.
