Popcorn is stale customer service needs work

September 18, 2022

Went to see a movie that is already streaming but wanted the theater experience for my granddaughter. The customer service is poor, they were more interested in each other than the customers, the concession is the worst. I have no problem paying for my tickets and refreshments but for $9.00 I fully expect fresh popcorn not something that was popped this morning or yesterday. I advise you to taste your popcorn before leaving the concession because this is the second time it has happened to me.

Customer Service Needs Improvement

August 22, 2022

My son is both autistic and mildly retarded. He is a grown adult and you wouldn't notice anything different about him except that he carries Anime plushies with him wherever he goes. This is not an issue with me any longer, whatever makes him comfortable, but it probably is an issue to "normal" people in that he will try to engage someone that looks his age into conversation about his Anime plushies. I think he probably does this because we sometimes go to another theater nearby where the employees will talk with him about them. The last time I was at the Lexington 12, I watched while a handfull on your teenage type male employees stood in a group, shook their heads, generally ignored him, and laughed. I quit coming that day and won't be returning.
