No one cares

Staff was slow to bring my food even though we ordered 20 mins before the movie started and asked several times after the movie had been on for 30 mins. Food was brought out 45 mins into the movie cold. Told them i would not pay for the food. And suspended my credit card. The manager then tried to kick me out with the cops. Told him to call the cops and tell them my badge number

I gave this Movie tavern the benefit of the doubt for awhile. I went to the Collegeville location and the service is like 100 times better. The food comes out fast and correct. The servers are more proactive, productive in that they prioritize thier time much better. Stains on the walls disgusting bathrooms. Bathrooms often smell like pot When I ask for a craft beer I was not told i had to get it myself from the bar, i was not told whats on the menu is it even though i saw the bar had more. Its like no one was trained at Flourtown. Which had good service in the beginning but now just lacks it.

This theater is a mess now

It started off as a good location. But the service is in a nose dive. I have been told get get my own beer from the bar because the servers did not know what i was asking for. I just asked for a craft beer. The food is often wrong or more often late. Refills are apparently not a thing. I have had them do that maybe half the time.
