Amendment to Review: "We Have to Pay for THEIR Mistake"

January 05, 2018

**Amended to say that the letter did not get to the manager; if you have a complaint, call or e-mail instead of mailing. She was great about this situation: she apologized and gave us a full refund.

We Have to Pay for THEIR Mistake

December 30, 2017

Our Sunday School group booked the theater for a showing of The Star on December 16th. We were told by the cashier at the concession stand that our tickets included popcorn and soda, so many of us ordered that. After the movie, the manager at Marcus charged our Sunday School leader for all popcorn and soda purchases saying they'd made a mistake. WHAT? She should NOT have to pay for THEIR mistake. I wrote a letter to the manager two weeks ago and received NO reply. Ridiculous.
