Freezing cold

Just left the movies to see queen and slim. The movie was excellent theater not so much after I purchased my tickets online and came out in the rain to be told theater number 6 didn’t have heat. Why even sale the tickets won’t be going back bathrooms filthy

Absolutely terrible customer service...

Couldn't make a movie we had bought tickets in advance for- turns out, you can only exchange/get a refund for them in person. Now, if we could go to the theater, we would see the movie. Obviously. Since we arent, we obviously can't go to the theater. That policy is obsurd. When I tried calling the theater directly to explain our situation, I just reached a repeating robocall...there is no option to speak to actual person. So by absolutely terrible customer service, what I mean is no customer service.

Pretty nice place

Nothing amazing but one of the nicer theaters in the area. Generally clean and no problematic customer service experiences personally.

This location has gone down the toilet!

The problem here is the employees. We used to love this theater years ago and tried to keep giving it a chance. But after being treated like crap or flat out ignored on multiple visits, we now go to a different theater chain. The concession counter employees act like we’re bothering them and the ticket taker doesn’t even say a word! The rest of the employees seem to just hang out in groups or walk around talking. Now that we’ve discovered a better theater, this place has become something we make jokes about.

DO NOT BUY SEAT #D15 ON THE ULTRA SCREEN! YOU COULD CATCH ON FIRE! Tried to call the theater in Orland but that is impossible! Seat has a hole burnt right through it!!
