Turned their back on customers

My wife and I would go to this theater about every other week. Management decided to screw their loyal customers, they changed the loyalty system so I couldn't reserve seats, I lost all my reward points and they don't provide good service at snack bar. We decided to change to a non-marcus theater where we get good service for the same price.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this theater. Pleasant staff, clean theater, tasty popcorns. Sure... on Tuesdays it's gonna be busy, but that is expected. If you are going for $5 Tuesday, expect it to be busy and loud... there are lots of people there, that is what happens. I really enjoy this theater. I've always felt safe and minded.

Used to be really good/ not so much now

There is a certain "element" that has been creeping up from Milwaukee. Very loud and obnoxious patrons.

Unsafe - slow-dirty

A movie goer started berating other guests, screaming profanities, and threatening other patrons. The manager did nothing.
