Love Love Love this place

Incredible experience every time we go. Great staff, wish the wine was better. Kids love the food. Feels very luxurious

Horrible Service

The service today was horrible! In recent visits service has been inconsistent and at best mediocre but today it was consistently horrible! I had to ring the bell at least ten minutes into the movie to place an order. The server had me passing and serving the food to the people in my party. I rang the bell to Oder cookies and another drink for my child and the server appeared annoyed. A different person brought the cookies and NO drink. I asked them to remove my plates and he told be I’ll come back later. Also the movie was over nearing the end of the credits and I still didn’t get my bill. Did I mention that the beautiful bathroom had no hand towels to dry your hands, smelled like urine and the stalls were filthy. Look the bottom line is I am not going to pay these prices for poor service, sloppy food and dirty environment.

Terrible 1st Experience

When we arrived the representative printed our tickets, told us the theatre number and pointed towards the bar. We walked in circles, passing many employees - none of which were willing to assist us in locating or theatre. We finally interrupted a conversation and was directed towards the theatre. We located our seats and waited 35 minutes for the attendant to come take our order. Many of the items on the menu were sold out. We were told, "Blank Panther cleaned us out, we are limited to drinks and food selection". After placing our order he immediately asked for a card to open the tab, we explained we were paying with cash and he advised he would bring the receipt to us for payment. Drinks arrived within 15 minutes (Coors light and a coke). Food arrived about 45 minutes after, missing specialty sauces. We were told the sauce that came with the wings was sold out, so he received two cups of plain ketchup instead as a substitute, SMH. According to the attendant, the kitchen was short staffed, orders were backed up and confused. He apologized for the inconvenience, then laugh and stated at least the film quality is a plus. Midway through the movie, I was approached by another employee, showing me someone else's credit card asking me if it belonged to me. I simply advised we are paying in cash, shook my head and continued to enjoy the film. We received the bill, paid and left the theatre. Overall, I was not impressed by the quality of service received. I've had better experiences at the Alamo during the opening weekend for a highly anticipated movie. I will be returning to the theatre, at a later time (during the week) to see if the quality of service is better. Doubt that I will consider this location for another major movie release.
