Poor customer service

Because I work in the world of service I tip big, but today I had to keep my tip because of the customer service I experienced. My baby girl who is 4 yrs old has severe dairy allergies. I ordered her the kids hot dog special which came out with popcorn. (I had no idea because it was dark while I was ordering) Now when her food came out I asked the young lady who gave me her food if the popcorn had butter on it,she replied yes, I told her that my baby has severe dairy allergies, she can’t eat that can she have fries instead, she said ok and took the popcorn back. A little later she got her fries, and were all good. Until the bill came, I looked at the $6 charge for fries and started explaining to a young man that they charged me for an order of fries that I did not order and tried to explain that it was supposed to be a substitute for the pop corn due to my babies allergies. He rudely cut me off and said no you ordered fries cause we don’t substitute, I reply well that’s not what I was under the impression of, he also continues to cut me off telling me the popcorn has no butter on it, and I’m trying to explain to him that well that’s what she told me and I can’t chance it with my daughter. I ask if the charge could be remove because clearly no one explained to me that they don’t substitute and I had no idea because like I said the took the pop corn back. I ask for the manager and he says well I’m the supervisor, again I said can you please get the manager and he says I don’t think he will take it off but I Manager comes and I explain the same Scenario to him and then he begins to tell me the same thing about the popcorn. I say well sir, if I had known you didn’t do substitutions I would have kept my popcorn and gave her my fries Manager comes and I explain the same Scenario to him and then he begins to tell me the same thing about the popcorn not having butter. Needless to say they were both rude and world not take the fries off no apology. Will not return

I went to this place four times already all 4 time They forgot to put my order First time second time third time fourth time Real bad service I’m never Go back
