I was sold seats that did not exist

June 12, 2022

I purchased tickets at the coral springs theater. I was sold tickets for seats that don't exist i was refused a refund and the staff kicked me and my kids out of the movie after a team member provided us with new seats. I was told we cannot sit there. I was embarrassed and treated disrespectfully. A team member who identified themselves as the manager was not the manager and when the so called real manager came to escort us out the theater he refused to refund me because the move already started even though I notified the staff 30 mins prior to start time that our seats dis not exist

Older was Better

April 07, 2019

Disregarding the renovations that are currently going on, the theater is not what it used to be. We were in one of the theaters that had already been renovated and my main complaint is that after the movie, the lights immediately turned on. No gradual turn on as a convenience for your eyes to adjust. When I asked the front desk about it, they claimed that it was because they are LED lights and they can not be gradually turned on. They also went on to say that the studios that make the movies tell them when to turn on the lights. If the studios do that, at least gradually turn on the lights. I know that LED lights can be gradually turned on and if you are renovating a theater and do not have that feature, then it is an inconvenience that I will not be partaking in. I can't speak for the concession as I will not buy food at a movie theater no matter where I go. In the end, even with how close I live to this theater I will not be going back.

January 31, 2019

Decent theatre...however they don't refill popcorn anymore...and for that reason.. I'll drive a few more miles and go to the ones that do refills.

We are sorry they bought Frank.

July 19, 2018

We went on Tuesday, so tickets were $6.00. The theater was previously Frank Theater, which we frequented. Sound is average, seats old. We looked for the same deals on popcorn and drinks, but they were eliminated by Paragon, and therefore eliminated us from going there.

Butter !!! :)

December 31, 2017

One of my favorite parts of going out to see a movie is the popcorn. And the butter ( OK fake butter) that is put on it. It's a once in a blue treat I look forward to. Frank 8 let's you put on your own butter, as much or little as you want and as often as you want. Half way down the bag? No problem just go back out to the concession and top it off! Sad but true, this is the biggest reason that this is my go to theater. That and being that its a smaller venue, its never over crazy crowded. I hope they never close!
