Very Disappointed at Management!!!

Even though there was a major incident during the movie it is managements responsibility for the overall safety, comfort and experience during the visit. Epic Lee Vista failed miserably. Management refunded several guests but some who wanted to see a later show were subjected to the extra surcharge for the later show. I'm confused. What type of customer service apologies and charges for inconvenience? It is true to make sure the popcorn is hot and fresh because ours was old and stale. We only saw 25 mins of our movie due to the incident so we lost our concession purchases and there was no compensation back for that. The overall level of customer service was horrible when you are affecting an entire audience. Mulitpe people had a horrible experience and all that was done was a refund. Thanks for eating my time, money and movie experience hype. I was even told I couldn't have a higher manager contact me or get in touch. I was given a corporate email to send my concerns and sent off in the wind. Are you really that money hungry??? Shame!!

The concession area could offer more choices. Since the theatre is new I would of like to have seen amore offerings with the food choices!! Also, popcorn is a pricey, but we know that's how all movie theatres make their money.. Off of the food and not ticket prices. I love that you can get your own popcorn and put your own butter on it!!!! Movie popcorn is the BEST!! Please make sure it's always fresh and hot!!!!
